Hi Regin,
This may be obvious, but have you updated the alarm servers, and the citect
station with the latest version of your project which you've been doing your
checking from?
Double check your variable tag that drives your 'new' alarm. Make sure it
is declared correctly to the right type of variable, and that the address
pointing to your IO device is correct to the address you expect inside your
IODevice. Perhaps compare another alarm/variable tag that you know works to
your new ones.
Do you use 'area' to distinguish who can see which alarms across your site?
Perhaps you've not set the 'area' number correctly for your new alarms? You
must be logged into that area to be able to view those alarms.
When you add a new database element in Citect, you need to delete the
'almsave.dat'files from your alarm servers to ensure correct operation of
your alarm and 'summary' lists, otherwise you may get different
alarms/events triggering when a certain alarm or event is generated. when
the opportunity exists, shutdown both alarm servers, delete the file, and
re-start. You will lose all of the 'cached' summary list entries when you
do this.
Hope some of this helps you.

Subject: Missing alarms
Can anybody tell me why a number of alarms does not appear in the alarm
list?
I have about 20 digital alarms which are set up correctly, and the value are
changed to '1' but for some reason they does not appear in the alarmlist.
Aother alarms in the same category does display properly. Im using 5.42
